Your Access Code is your Student's 10 digit Student ID. It can either be found on your Proof your child receives at School or by logging into Infinite Campus. School nor the Photographer will give you this info. You may only log in if you have access to your Student's ID.
RETAKES: Should your portrait package not meet your expectations due to a photographic defect, you may return your complete package on MAKE-UP day and RETAKES will be taken at no charge. for any other reason you need a retake (smile, hair, clothing, etc.), it will be a $5 charge and you must return your complete package, your proof form that was sent home from School & $5. STUDENT WILL NOT BE REMOVED FROM CLASS FOR A RETAKE OTHERWISE. IF YOU DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL FILE from a package or did not purchase a package before picture day, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR MAKEUPS UNLESS YOU WERE ABSENT OR PREORDERED BEFORE PICTURE DAY.
Tip: Please make sure your Contact Info (Both Phone and Email for all Parents/Guardians) are both up to date in Infinite Campus *and* your contact methods selected to receive updates and important info and communication by text from your Student's School.
